Serve as the primary Museum educator for and a liaison with community partner organization West End House Boys & Girls Club of Allston-Brighton- Plan and develop new resources and programs to Community Arts Initiative projects and help the community partner to better use the Museum as a resource- Plan and implement arts curricula linked to the MFA’s permanent collection and/or temporary exhibitions with weekly programming at parter site- Facilitate art-making activities at the MFA and community partner’s site such as tours, family nights, drop-in activities, and a variety of special projects- Create and submit lesson plans, reports, and documentation for all visits- Work closely with the Lead Artist for the Community Arts Initiative Artist Project and the community partner organization’s staff to plan and lead tours in the Museum’s galleries in conjunction with the annual Artist Project- Assist the Lead Artist in facilitating art-making activities related to the project and provides educational and logistical support to the Lead Artist as needed during project sessions
