ABOUT SABRINA BITON-TINOCO
I have passed the February 2023 New York State Bar Exam and am pending admission to the New York State Bar. My background currently lies in M&A, Corporate and Intellectual Property Transactions. I have assisted in various complex and strategic business transactions with a specific focus on technology companies dealing with cross-border data and software. My experience includes commercial contract and IP due diligence, drafting and negotiation. This enables me to help clients reach their revenue and growth objectives while being mindful of any potential customer, partner, or third-party contract issues in the transaction process. Most recently, I have been working on matters related to Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain & Cryptocurrency businesses. I have been in both law firm and in-house environments where in addition to the above, I provided support pertaining to privacy and data security, strategic collaborations, and drafting complex enterprise agreements for technology (including SaaS). I have a Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law and a B.A. in both English and Political Science from Drew University. I am conversational in Spanish.
