I was born and raised in New York City, but have made my home in Miami Beach for the past 17 years. I was first introduced to yoga while living in Mexico City in my early twenties. It was there that I discovered the positive impact of yoga on my life, both mentally and physically.I founded Kanekshun to help others to discover their best complete selves. Coordinating the efforts of the practice, here are just a few of my regular activities: Develop group yoga, meditation and sound healing sessions suitable for all experience levels Plan, coordinate, and facilitate amazing (sold out) retreats Create individual wellness and balance experiences with clients Mentor aspiring entrepreneurs using my experience in corporate and startup settings
