EMEA Head of Legal responsible for legal support for Centric Software’s rapidly growing sales team in EMEA by structuring, drafting and negotiating Master Software License Agreements, Cloud/SaaS, Statements of Work and other technology transactions affecting Centric Software’s commercial business; Advising regional Sales Management or our Executives on all aspects relating to commercial disputes and contribute to their resolution;Contributing in the development and roll-out of legal enablement for the EMEA region;Collaborating as a trusted legal advisor and provide leadership to cross-functional stakeholders: HR, Marketing, Finance, R&D, etc, on topics such as labor law, corporate governance, marketing activities and other procurement agreements; Managing the regional legal team: coaching, training and supporting their day-to-day activities; Contributing to global initiatives, including presenting to the company’s executives.
