Thanks to my strong background in Operation/Admin/HR I\'m responsible for HCL RomeLab Operations, acting as a bridge between us and global functions as Admin, Operation, IT with the following main duties:o Marketing & RomeLab Events• RomeLab Recruitment events organization• Customer visit organization – logistics management• Organization of the events aimed at promoting the Company Brand in Italy• Organize and support the management with the University relationship• Factory Tours• Social Media (Blog pipeline, twitter presence) o Learning, Education and Hirings• Act ad RomeLab focal point for education and learning activities• Collect inputs form managerial lines and create employees education plans• Engage the internal or external Learning providers to select the right education programs• planning and execution of the professional courses• Manage the education & learning programs locally (logistic etc)• Collect data and create reports for the management.• Internal training events (ideaprenurship, Leadgen,…)• CV selection, contact candidates, make the interpersonal interviewso Facilities & Lab Vitality• Point person for all local office related items• Liaison to HCL supporting groups• Lab Vitality • Organize all on + off-site events• Build and support initiatives to improve people motivation o Software Procurement• Collect Rome Lab needs for Licenses + Certificates• Submit requests to procurement and closely monitor process from start to finish (quote, raising of CapEx, PO generation, Software receipt)o Assets and Hardware Management• Machines needed for dev/test etc• Laptops for current employee’s + new hires• Peripherals needed to accompany laptops (docking stations, monitors, etc.)• Submit requests to procurement and closely monitor process from start to finish (quote, raising of CapEx, PO generation, Software receipt)
