I am a Foreign Trade Consultant and Product & Service Development Lead, expert at providing world-class business, portfolio and service developments to facilitate early market-entry into target markets for multinational companies. I am highly skilled at collaborating across a wide variety of stakeholders to form, plan and readily acquire key strategic projects and programs with public and private sector entities. The country I was working in was excluded from an exhibition in Germany. As Project Manager, I contacted Event Coordinator and Exhibition Manager to overcome thinking and complete new application. I aided stakeholders to understand the country’s position and requirements, agreed to smaller stand in comparison to other countries, then removed extras to reduce requirements. Succeeded in completing registration, to enable agreement to exhibit at International Trade Exhibition against ultra-tight imminent deadline. Confidential organization set strategy to acquire new database of company contacts in record time. As Project Manager, I took responsibility to track, interrogate and acquire company data for advisory services. I strategically planned data acquisition schedule, selected suitable exhibitions to visit, targeted multipliers and suitable companies to collaborate with in future, then strategically planned team activities and duties. Succeeded in acquiring data to approach variety of target companies, while also completing multiple 1st consultations within following year to convert target firms into clients. One of my core skills is building and lobbying networks of key sector representatives and stakeholders to ensure that organizational interests, reputation and sector standing is protected and continually enhanced. I am passionate about aiding companies to formally attract required funding levels from multiple sources to ensure that projects are delivered to schedule, budget and all expectations.
