Entry-level community practitioner and qualitative researcher committed to collective healing, equity, and liberation in marginalized communities (i.e, Black, queer, trans folks and birthing people). My work is rooted in relationship-building, advocacy, and creating spaces where people feel seen and supported. With experience in qualitative research, facilitation, and public health evaluation, I seek to uplift voices, co-create solutions, and challenge oppressive systems. It is my hope to continue applying my knowledge of community-based research and advocacy to help address systemic inequities, support collective healing, and improve both individual and community outcomes CliftonStrengths: Intellection | Input | Connectedness | Restorative | Developer
