With over 15 years of extensive experience in professional skill development, I am a Central Government Certified Master Trainer, recognized by the Retailers Association\'s Skill Council of India (RASCI) under NSDC. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Professor of Employability Skills at NSHM Knowledge Campus, where I focus on transforming students from academia to corporate readiness. My expertise lies in designing and delivering impactful training programs that bridge the gap between educational foundations and industry demands. I have a proven track record of success, having previously worked as an Employability Skills, Communication, and Personality Development Trainer at IHM Kolkata, and as the Head Trainer for Managerial Skills, Retail, and Personality Development at ICDL. Beyond direct training, I specialize in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), module creation, and content development, ensuring programs are always relevant and effective. My background also includes valuable experience as a Research Associate with IIM Ahmedabad, where I honed my skills in research, analysis, and report writing. Additionally, I have served as a Soft Skill Voice Coach with WIPRO BPO, further broadening my understanding of industry-specific communication needs. I am passionate about empowering individuals to confidently navigate the professional landscape and achieve their career aspirations.
