As the Outreach Director, your mission is to build strong networks, drive partnerships, and amplify the reach of Sabki Pathshala Trust’s programs across India. You act as a bridge between communities, CSR partners, government agencies, and the media to ensure that every child and woman we serve gets the support, visibility, and opportunities they deserve.Responsibilities1. Strategic Partnerships & CSR Engagement• Forge alliances with corporates, NGOs, and institutions for funding and program expansion.• Design and pitch CSR proposals aligned with women empowerment, education, and hygiene missions.• Ensure impact-driven reporting to partners and sponsors.2. Community & Government Liaison• Work closely with local panchayats, education officers, and district administration.• Organize community consultations to ensure bottom-up program design.• Promote child rights, education entitlements, and women’s welfare schemes.3. Program Promotion & Campaigns• Lead awareness campaigns for education, hygiene, and livelihood (e.g, Hygiene with Bactiveda).• Manage media, outreach material, events, and local ambassadors.• Represent the Trust at forums, conferences, and educational fairs.4. Volunteer & Stakeholder Engagement• Build and coordinate a vibrant network of volunteers, interns, and educators.• Host orientation programs, training workshops, and field visits for supporters.• Encourage youth participation in rural transformation. Success Highlights (As of 2025) Built CSR partnerships with corporate entities across hygiene, education & skill sectors. Enabled Bactiveda x Sabki Pathshala hygiene drives in 2 states, reaching people. Expanded outreach from 30 to 90 villages within 18 months through SHG mobilization. Onboarded 50+ volunteers and mentors from across India via digital engagement. Secured CSR & philanthropic support in the last fiscal year. Launched \"Sakhi Udyami Yatra\", a flagship program celebrating rural women entrepreneurs.
