Posting Jobs in all Job portals along with Mass Mailing.Strong working experience in high pressure environment. Scheduling the Telephonic and face-to-face Interviews as per the requirement criteria.Formatting the resumes before submitting to the clients. Maintaining database ideally with all details of Every Candidate.Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly MIS status reports and trackers.Follow-up the candidates for the joining.
