District Lead working with the district administration in one of the LWE affected districts of Chhattisgarh.As District lead, my work primarily entails assisting the district administration and allied departments in community centric planning, execution and monitoring of schemes such as SCA, TADP and M-25 focused on improving public service delivery mechanisms, inculcating responsible citizen action and enabling marginalized women farmers to access markets for income enhancement and livelihood augmentation.In addition to this, I\'m empanelled to National Resource Person by Ministry of rural development for M-CLF strengthening (Institution Building) and Gender mainstreaming anchor, state Chattisgarh - TRI
