ABOUT SABIR S.

Sabir Shaik is a mathematics and computer science professional from the Chennai Mathematical Institute. With strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, he has expertise in several programming languages, including Python, C++, Solidity, JavaScript, Typescript, and Circom. Sabir has received certifications in Blockchain, DeFi, and Data Science, as well as in algorithmic trading and stocks.At present, Sabir is a Protocol Engineer at an early stage startup, building trustless cross chain swaps. He previously worked as Zero Knowledge researcher where he is responsible for bringing compliance to on-chain with privacy-preserving using zero-knowledge SNARKs. He previously worked as the Chief Credit Officer at Carapace Finance, where he built a DeFi protocol to connect buyers and sellers of default risk for unsecured loans.Sabir\'s research experience includes serving as a counselor at PROMYS at Boston University. He has also worked as a teaching assistant and grader at the International Mathematical Olympiad Training camp in India.Throughout his academic and professional journey, Sabir has received several awards and accolades, including being a Bronze Award Winner in the Asian Pacific Mathematics Olympiad, being selected as one of the two Indian students for PROMYS with Mehta Fellowship at Boston University, and being an INMO awardee.In his free time, Sabir enjoys playing chess, solving puzzles, and engaging in outdoor sports like basketball and volleyball.
