About Sabin Thapa
I’m Sabin Thapa, a PhD candidate in Physics at Kent State University (2019–present; expected 2026). I study the quark–gluon plasma using open quantum systems and QCD, advised by Dr. Ramona Vogt and Dr. Andrew Hanlon (previously with Prof. Michael Strickland). I use C++(HPC), Python, and Mathematica; familiar with ROOT and MATLAB. Interested in classical computation (numerical analysis) and quantum computing—especially quantum simulation for HEP/many-body physics.
