Ensure the coordination of the AFC structures of the countries in the region (1 subsidiary, 3 branches for a total of about 7 resources in 3 different countries (Egypt, Algiers and Libya) plus all the commercial initiatives within the area, for a total turnover of about $600M/year), ensuring an adequate reporting to Corporate CFO and the link between Corporate and Local structures.
