As a Lead Mobile Developer and Mobile Community Lead at IBM iX, I combine my technical skills and leadership abilities to deliver innovative and user-centric mobile solutions for various clients and industries. With almost ten years of experience in iOS development, I have a deep knowledge of the latest frameworks and technologies, such as SwiftUI and a passion for learning new tools and trends.In addition to developing mobile applications, I also manage and mentor a team of eight mobile developers, helping them grow their careers and achieve their professional goals. I also organize and moderate community events, such as retrospectives, workshops, and hackathons, to foster a collaborative and supportive engineering culture. Outside of my work at IBM iX, I am a partner and chair of UIKonf, an annual conference for iOS developers, where I plan and execute a four-day event for 500 participants from around the world.
