Seafood has always been part of my life.Growing up in a family fish business, I learned early that success in the seafood industry requires both deep knowledge of the product and a clear vision for the future.Because I believe in sustainable solutions as the foundation for healthy living, I support seafood producers, fisheries, and aquaculture businesses with strategy, positioning and communication – so their products can successfully grow in the market.As a Seafood Business Strategist and Consultant, I bring- 30+ years of experience in fisheries, aquaculture and the seafood economy- A strong international network across trade, processing and retail- Expertise in market entry, brand building and visibility strategies- The ability to connect numbers with vision – because growth needs clear goals, but also the inspiration that makes a team move forward together My strength is to help companies define measurable objectives, uncover opportunities, and create the energy for teams to achieve them. With the right strategy and positioning, I turn great seafood products into sustainable market success.Outside of work, I stay connected to water as an active member of a swimming club.
