In my role as a Patient Services Representative within the MGB Radiology Department, I serve as a point of connection between patients and their care teams—helping navigate the often complex process of scheduling and accessing healthcare across more than 50 locations and multiple departments. Each day, I handle both inbound and outbound calls, working directly with patients and their families to schedule appointments, provide reminders, and communicate essential procedural information. I work with patients over the phone, to offer support with empathy, efficiency, and clarity. Our goal is to ensure that every person feels informed, heard, and respected—because care begins well before the appointment.
