I believe that identifying our target groups and seeing what daily struggles they have and how our offer can solve those is the first step to a successful customer-centric sales approach. This should be followed by developing the right instruments and methods to generate leads and convert them into sales.In this role, my focus, amongst other things, is to develop a method to map the customer journey and derive suitable tools and assets with a deep knowledge and understanding of the industries.My strong focus is also on new digital sales methods. As digital media are growing, we need to understand and utilize those channels as well. Therefore, I prepare our B2B salesforce with knowledge, instruments, and methods for social selling.

Hi, I’am Sabine and have around 20 years of experience in Marketing & Sales. Ever since my first job after studies, I was in the B2B sector in different positions: business development, key account management, marketing and sales. Currently I’m a Senior Specialist Global Business Development and with my exppierence I am supporting our sales organizations with different tools and assets to best place our solutions in the B2B sector. As I stongly believe in new digital and online tool this is the sector I am focusing on. Traditional sales is not completely outdated but will get overpassed and we need to consider how and where we best possible reach our customers.
