ABOUT SABINA KOHLMANN

I am a leader with a strong track record across corporate, entrepreneurial, and academic environments. As Vice Dean at the Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI), I have spent the past two years leading a team of 40+ professionals while overseeing global partnerships, product innovation, and institutional quality. During this period, I successfully drove key initiatives, including developing new income streams through executive education program development and the AI University project, and led the team to increase quality compliance from 68% in 2024 to 91% in 2025. I hold a doctorate in Marketing Communication from the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia, EU) and completed executive education at the Kellogg School of Management (US), where I specialized in artificial intelligence (AI) for strategic growth. Prior to my academic leadership role, I served as Head of Corporate Communication at Zagrebački Holding, Croatia’s largest public corporation, managing media relations, crisis communication, and corporate reputation strategy. I also founded the government-funded Startup Marketing Akademija, supporting the development of SMEs and entrepreneurs through practical education and consultancy. As a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence, I continue to explore how AI reshapes business, marketing, and organizational strategy.
