Extensive experience supporting front-end and end-to-end recruitment across Europe (especially in Poland, Czechia, Romania). Currently recruiting for UKI, focusing on Ireland. • Analysing the job market and building strong stakeholder relationships to create efficient recruitment strategies and manage expectations.• Creating, editing and translating job advertisements in Polish and English.• Sourcing and head-hunting candidates for IT (networks, data engineering, cybersecurity, etc.) and non-IT positions (legal, marketing, operations, finance, etc.). • Reviewing CVs and job applications, selecting strong candidates and conducting screening calls and interviews.• Scheduling skills and technical interviews through MS Outlook and SmartScheduling tool.• Ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle through candidate management on ATS and CRM systems, delivering positive and negative feedback in a timely and tasteful manner, and adapting to candidates\' needs.• Acting as an SME on local and global recruitment processes and leveraging this knowledge to support new joiners and colleagues.• Creating and delivering trainings relating to recruitment, sourcing and I&D for various audiences.• Co-leading the EMEA Sourcing I&D team, focusing on creation, delivery and reporting of diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy, education and knowledge sharing, resource creation and all-around allyship.• Leading the team\'s Monthly Newsletter with audience of 150+ individuals, sharing ideas, writing articles and collaborating with the wider-team to boost employee engagement.Key tools include LinkedIn Insights, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, HiredScore, Beamery, Indeed, MS Office.
