I’ve always been driven by curiosity - whether it was asking “why” about the smallest things growing up or majoring in Intercultural Communications and Spanish to better understand people and cultures. It’s this curiosity, combined with a passion for connecting people and solving problems, that has shaped my career in marketing and storytelling.From working at Warby Parker, where I helped customers find frames that not only fit their faces but their lifestyles, to leading digital transformation projects in management consulting, and now my current role at ServiceNow, I’ve always aimed to bridge the gap between customer pain points and the right solutions. At Warby, I loved taking insights from customer conversations and translating them into product development, marketing strategies, and even design choices. Now, in the enterprise software space, I get to craft go-to-market strategies that tell impactful stories, uncover market opportunities, and position products to deliver results.I’m especially drawn to how we can use data and emerging technologies like AI to make marketing more personal, insightful, and customer-first.
