Validate indirect tax (e.g. GST) calculations for Alternative Investment entities and liaise with Fund Administrators for accurate and timely tax filings on a quarterly basis. Filing of FATCA and CRS Forms with respective tax authorities in Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and Luxembourg. Full ownership & cost oversight of front-office and company secretarial administration for 100+ Alternative Investment entities across jurisdictions including the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Luxembourg, and Hong Kong. Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) & Due Diligence processes for entities and directors, ensuring compliance with periodic bank checks and maintaining updated Authorized Signatory Lists (ASLs). Ongoing cash flow monitoring of investment entities with focus on unrestricted cash balances and fixed deposit placement. Full accountability for the Accounts Payable process across 100+ entities, including-Cost control through vendor fee negotiations & service optimization. Review & finalization of Letters of Engagement (LoEs) across geographies. Reconciliation of invoices against LoEs, including FX impact analysis on multi-currency transactions.
