   In my current role as Mechanical Team Leader, in the operation and maintenance department of the midstream production facility at Schlumberger. My focus has been on managing and executing the Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, Maintenance, and Major turnaround activities of the projects JPF1, JPF2 and EPF15Responsibilities and experience:• From attending daily review meetings with stakeholders to discuss the daily production and the activities to technical reviews on critical equipment and systems with management.• To resolve any arising technical issues for all rotating equipment during all the phases of commissioning, start-up, and operation of the facility. • Planned and executed preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on Ariel reciprocating compressors (JGT/4) and Waukesha gas engines (L5794/L7044 GSI). Performed RCA at times due to unexpected failure/shutdown/mechanical damage.• Responsible for maintaining high-end integrity single and multi-stage pumps (centrifugal pumps, screw pumps, gear pumps) and compressors (screw compressors) of diverse types.• Managed team and assigned tasks based on the priority of operations and maintenance. • Oversee all the maintenance activities to optimize progress and achieve set targets to achieve smooth operations and avoid breakdown of equipment in the facility.• Mentored team members and focused on developing their skills to attain the necessary skills needed for task execution.Achievements:• Optimized Gas Throughput of the Compressor increasing the production resulted in achieving crossing the daily production threshold.• Completed 3 turnarounds successfully and played a key role in developing the work scope, developing critical procedures for maintenance of equipment.• Planned and executed major maintenance scopes that saved the company more than $100K during each turnaround.• Recognized for knowledge sharing for the best practices and developing procedures on critical equipment.
