About Sabarni Kundu
As a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, I design and implement high-priority projects that enhance the vendor experience and increase the retail business. I use React, Typescript, Java, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and other web and cloud technologies to create scalable and user-friendly features, such as the Unified Cost Portal Batch Dashboard, which allows vendors to add, update, or terminate thousands of costs at once. This launch increased new vendors on Amazon by 16%. I also implemented a High Cost Rule check to prevent future ingestion of unreasonably high costs and improve the cost validation system, reducing operational pain by 18%.Before joining Amazon, I completed my Master of Science in Computer Science from New York University, where I learned and applied various algorithms, programming languages, artificial intelligence, big data, internet, privacy, and security, and machine learning concepts.
