Engine health monitoring engineer for Rolls Royce aero engines supporting Airline operations worldwide.• Monitor real-time engine performance data with the EHM system to analyze and identify engine anomalies, trends and potential issues.• Collect engine performance data, including vibration, temperature, pressure and other critical parameters to deliver operational reports for fleets and provide recommendations for maintenance.• Maintain accurate equipment configurations and oversee the seamless processing of data, ensuring its integrity and usability for diagnostic purposes.• Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of engine problems and recommend required troubleshooting.• Act as the primary point of contact for airline operators, maintenance teams and stakeholders regarding engine health issues.• Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Support the customers with their operational requirements based on tailored support minimizing downtime.• Work with the engineering team to enhance EHM tools and methodologies to refine monitoring techniques to eliminate critical engine events.• Provide training to airline operators and maintenance teams on Rolls-Royce EHM systems and best practices.• Respond promptly to urgent health issues, coordinating rapid response actions to address in-flight or ground-based events
