I started my career in 2017 at Consortium Clinical Research Private Limited as a clinical research coordinator. Later in 2017, I started working with The Clinic\'les. I started by creating the Shanmuga Medical Research Foundation Trust-Institutional Ethics Committee (SMRFT-IEC), and expanded on that work by working on phase 3 and investigator-initiated studies, as well as academic research. I was promoted to Clinical Research Associate and Manager, Strategy Development in 2018, where I created 20 hospitals for research, trial development, and EC establishment. I received recognition in 2018 as the Clinic\'les finest employee. I received a promotion to General Manager at the same company in the year 2021. I had over 50 pharmaceutical clients, 25 to 30 research professionals, and 20 to 30 hospitals under my management. I was promoted to Vice President of the Clinic\'les family in 2022. My skills include in-depth understanding of the ICH-GCP E6R2 regulatory standards, ICMR ethical principles, New Drug and Clinical Trial rules for 2019, 2022, and 2023, SAE reporting, site selection visits, site commencement, on-site monitoring, off-site monitoring, site close out visits, Ethics Committee Registration and Re-registration under The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) and National Ethics Committee Registry for Biomedical and Health Research (NECRBHR). Additionally, I had experienced several phases (II, IV, PMS) and BA and BE trials in the therapeutic fields of oncology, endocrinology, nephrology, psychology, gastroenterology, hepatology, pulmonology, cardiology, Auto immune diseases etc.
