With over 7 years of diverse experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Sustainability, I have led safety and compliance across renewable energy, logistics, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors.At ReNew Power, I managed HSE across 8 wind EPC projects, achieving 100% ISO 45001 compliance, delivering a 10% reduction in site energy use, and rolling out digital training systems that improved compliance by 15% for 1,800+ workers.During my time at Amazon India, I implemented fire safety systems across 6 fulfilment centers (achieving zero fire incidents), conducted 400+ risk assessments, investigated 250+ incidents, and introduced innovations such as Safety Dashboards, Smart Lock Systems, and Portable Spill Kits, improving hazard reporting by 25% and reducing injuries by 15%.Earlier, at Gail Gas Ltd, I executed HAZOP studies on 500 km+ pipelines, developed fire protection plans, and cut permit-to-work processing times by 40% through digital tools.I hold NEBOSH IGC, PG Diploma in Industrial Safety, ISO 14001 & 45001 certifications, and am GWO certified.
