I have always been passionate about the healthcare industry, especially how to make the entire system more efficient and patient-centric through innovative and pragmatic strategies. Now as the director of healthcare consulting at BCG, I have the honor of working with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and health technology companies across North America to face complex challenges and drive truly meaningful transformation. Over the past decade, I have participated in and led many projects on strategic planning, digital health, and operational optimization. From designing patient-centric service models to implementing large-scale change plans, I always focus on how to make good ideas truly implemented and bring practical results. I like working with teams from different backgrounds, especially in cross-functional and cross-regional collaborations, which can always inspire new sparks. I believe that data-driven insights and open, sincere communication are the key to driving long-term value. No matter how complex the project is, as long as everyone works towards the same goal, there is no hurdle that cannot be overcome.
