As an MBA candidate at Jindal Global Business School, I aspire to pursue a career in the field of human resources and management, where I can apply my skills and knowledge to create value for organizations and individuals. I am currently in my final year of the program, and I have completed courses in organizational behavior, people management, and business communication, among others.I am also gaining hands-on experience as an HR intern at various organisations like Paytm, Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, Eye Q India and others where I had worked with the talent acquisition, Employee engagement and training and development teams. I assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as designing and delivering training programs for new hires and existing employees. I have contributed to the improvement of the recruitment process, the employee engagement, and the retention rate at the company. Additionally, I am former head of events at the HR Club and currently occupying the position of student career representative at the Office of Career Services at JGBS, where I organize and participate in various academic and professional events and activities. These roles have helped me develop my leadership, teamwork, and networking skills, as well as my passion for learning and growth.
