   Urgent Care’s face staffing difficulties daily between call-outs and unpredictable upticks in patient volume. When they use Medely as a method to connect on-demand with healthcare professionals, they simplify their processes, ensure patient care isn’t deprioritized, and protect their own staff from burnout. As a full-cycle Account Executive I qualify and disqualify both pre-distributed and prospected leads. My goal is to fully understand the staffing operations, processes, and pains each individual urgent care faces and recommend a unique solution based on their needs. In this role, I have- Broken into the new Urgent Care vertical- Created and adapted my own marketing materials (emails, videos, etc.)- Contributed to the content committee for both Assisted Living Facilities and Urgent Cares
