Reproductive biologist, cryobiologist, and ag-biotech entrepreneur specializing in bovine IVF, embryo cryopreservation, and genomic-driven dairy herd improvement.I am a strong believer in the role of technology in driving efficiency and productivity in modern agriculture. My work focuses on developing integrated dairy systems that combine genetics, reproductive technologies, and data-driven management to build more efficient and resilient dairy ecosystems.Over the past two decades I have worked at the intersection of reproductive science and commercial agriculture, developing and implementing reproductive biotechnology programs across Israel, India, and the United States. This includes the establishment of large-scale IVF and elite dairy breeding platforms, including the Godrej–Maxximilk venture in India, designed to accelerate genetic progress and productivity in modern dairy systems.I am the Founder and Chief Scientist of Maxximilk, a biotechnology company focused on integrating reproductive technologies, genomic analytics, and applied dairy genetics to support advanced dairy production systems.I recently joined Texas A&M University as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Veterinary Physiology & Pharmacology, where I look forward to contributing my experience and participating in academic collaborations related to reproductive biotechnology and livestock science.My long-term goal is to contribute to improving productivity, sustainability, and global food security through innovation in livestock biotechnology.
