My role involves everything from blueprinting and configuration to training and post-go-live optimization. Each project has reinforced my ability to bridge the gap between business goals and system capabilities ensuring technology truly supports the people strategy.Beyond implementation, I focus heavily on HR analytics, process automation, and change management, helping organizations gain actionable insights and increase adoption across digital HR platforms.
