   Stress analysis using code ASME B31.3.• Man hour’s estimation for stress-related activities.• Giving critical loads on the pipe rack to the civil department.• Preparation of stress critical line list & preparation of stress packages.• Static analysis of critical piping systems connected to pumps, heat exchangers, columns, loop reactor etc.• Static analysis of the lines connected to air coolers & checking the loads as per API 661.• Nozzle load qualification as per API610 for pump.• Preparation of load case for stress analysis in CAESAR II.• Study and design of special pipe supports and support selection according standard pipe supports.• Selection & design of spring hanger.• Providing supports by engineering judgment for non-stress critical lines.• Checking of supports on isometric before release for construction.• Nozzle load qualification as per WRC 297/107 for pressure vessels in CAESAR II.• Ability to work in PDS/PDMS environment & familiar software packages like Navisworks simulate-2014, AutoCAD 2017.• Performing flange leakage analysis with NC-3658.3, pressure equivalent method & ASME Section Sec 1.• Performing buried pipe analysis in CAESAR II using soil properties and buried depth.• Doing final documentation of stress systems for submission to the client.• Analysis of pipelines connected to RMS to manifold using ASME B 31.8 and stress report preparation for final documentation to client.• Analysis of firewater lines connected from storage tank to pump & loop reactor.• Analysis of high temperature lines.• Preparation of spring and strut TBA.• Co-ordinating with third party for stress report preparation.
