Hi, I\'m Saajan! Throughout my career in the financial services industry, I\'ve held various roles centered around technology and real estate, including product manager, engineering team lead, infrastructure engineer, business analyst, and project manager.Currently, I\'m a Product Manager on Chase\'s Personalization & Insights Team. Our mission is to provide central personalization capabilities to deliver the right content, at the right time, for the right customer, across various digital channels to broaden and deepen our relationships with them. Here, I own several eligibility determination products (consisting of applications and APIs) that identify which customers and transactions qualify for certain products and services.I previously worked on messaging middleware products that enabled applications across different platforms within the organization to communicate with one another with high availability, data integrity, and scalability. I partnered with a variety of stakeholders across many teams to provide production support, improve cybersecurity, and spearhead new projects that enabled our feature team to function more efficiently. As the team lead, I drove our Agile transformation and employed a product-oriented mindset to transform a legacy business unit into a modern technology team.Thanks to my diverse experiences, I can think in both technical engineering terms as well high-level strategy, lead cross-functional teams across different time zones, and operate effectively under pressure. I combine my experience with a high EQ to connect with the people I work with, build a strong culture around me, and ultimately drive value for not only the business that I work for but also the community that I work in.I graduated from Cornell University with a degree in mechanical engineering and a minor in business, and currently live in Brooklyn. In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer, sports betting, fantasy football, and skiing.

I collaborate with my dev team and stakeholders to define and execute our roadmap in alignment with business goals and improve the customer experience, while advancing & modernizing our personalization capabilities.Key Responsibilities & Accomplishments: • Product Strategy: Evaluate and prioritize incoming use cases from 7 lines of business, aligning with firmwide personalization strategy. Define and execute the eligibility platform roadmap while collaborating with architects and engineers to design complex, scalable solutions. • Outcome Management: Define OKRs aligned with business goals and measure progress quarterly. Identify and track KPIs to measure adoption and performance. • Product Ownership: Manage backlog containing 200+ stories for up to 5 simultaneous initiatives, organizing deliverables into sprints and collaborating across product, tech, management, and business partners to ensure successful delivery on the product roadmap under tight deadlines. • Products Launched: • Chase Pay Over Time® - Credit card feature enabling 4M small business owners to split transactions into fixed monthly payments, generating 20K plans totaling $30M in the first month • Chase Pay in 4℠ - Buy Now, Pay Later loan product available to 24M customers, resulting in 115K+ loans per month and expanding flexible payment options • JP Morgan Private Client - Premium servicing program for 2.4M affluent customers based on their deposit and investment balances with Chase to drive loyalty and share of wallet growth
