Successfully advanced to Ph.D. candidacy after passing my comprehensive exam on August 11, 2025.• Published two first-author manuscripts: one in the American Journal of Physiology detailing a spatial transcriptomic atlas of acute neonatal lung injury across 17 human infant lung samples, and a second technical study validating dual-run performance of the 10x Genomics Xenium platform using custom and commercial gene panels.• Designed and executed large-scale spatial transcriptomic analyses to characterize cellular and molecular alterations associated with preterm lung injury phenotypes across developmental stages and disease severity.• Expanded computational expertise by implementing new analysis tools and packages to manage high-dimensional spatial datasets, improving efficiency, reproducibility, and scalability of data workflows.
