I am a chef by profession with a sheer passion for new product development. I have been a part of the food industry for the past five years and have knowledge and experience in developing different categories of food products. I was a lead product developer for a healthy-keto, Low Carb & Vegan based meal kits company in Mumbai to now supporting and developing a beverage category for a start-up in Toronto. I am currently looking to navigate towards a full-time product development role with a parallel intention to support food policies in Canada and do my best to initiate a much-needed change in society to promote food equality.
