I joined the NEOM team as SMP, working closely with project leaders on regional infrastructure developments. As part of the project control team, I report to the Senior Cost Manager and focus on cost management and project key part of my role is cost analysis, tracking, and reporting to support project goals. This includes comparing actual costs to approved budgets, estimating to completion, and preparing forecasts for the whole year.I collect and analyse cost data across multiple regions, including infrastructure and outer regions projects to support financial oversight. I prepare accruals, review spend versus forecast, highlight variances, and suggest actions to keep costs in check.I review and process interim payment certificates and invoices for contracts, services, and work orders each month. I make sure all payments follow contract terms and raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with project needs.
