I develop and maintain web applications using PHP, CodeIgniter, and modern LAMP stack frameworks. I design and build REST APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and system integrations while optimizing SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and business logic implementation. I also ensure WCAG 2.2 compliance for accessibility in web applications. In terms of full-stack development and DevOps, I build intuitive and accessible user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and am experienced with tools like NPM, Git, Jenkins, Travis, WPCLI, and CI/CD workflows for continuous deployment. I manage the upgrade and maintenance of web applications, ensuring smooth transitions between major versions, and retrieve and parse JSON data from APIs for seamless integration. Additionally, I provide IT service desk support, diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and troubleshooting desktop computers, printers, and other peripherals. I perform software updates, backups, and basic server administration, track and resolve user requests through ticketing systems, and collaborate with IT teams for issue escalation. In terms of business and application support, I work closely with business teams to evaluate solutions based on cost, timelines, and quality tradeoffs, providing support for both custom-built and commercial software solutions. I troubleshoot technical problems in software implementation, conversion, and migration, develop and document scalable, high-availability websites and web applications, and deliver end-user training to enhance user experience and software adoption.
