over 35 years of experience, Lead structural engineering designer, licensed PE since 1996 in NY & NJ. Designed new & rehab residential & commercial structures subject to heavy moving loads, such as tunnels, bus depots, bridges & elevated structures & supported construction phase, in accordance with AISC, ACI, PCI, AASHTO, AREMA, NY State & NYC Building Code and NY MTA\'s construction & tracks standards. Expert in soil mechanics & behavior, foundations & retaining walls design, new & upgrading septic systems & storm water on-site drainage systems, civil engineering & site planning, NYC Building Cade & NYC Zoning resolution. My diversified experience in Civil, Structural engineering & construction support enable me to find unique design solutions that considers other stake holder’s concerns for better & smoother coordination while leading structural design. Achievements: Participated in the design & support construction of a new 3-story Bus Depot, construction cost $ 300 M, Mother Clara BD, NY, NY. Designed $ 30 Million steel roof structural retrofit while maintaining normal operation and no conduits or ducts is affected of a bus depot, Staten Island, NY. Inspected & designed rehab for subway tunnel structural elements considering practical constructability, material delivery and minimal subway service disruption.Developed presentation & teaching skills; Since 2008, I have been presenting PDH my own prepared seminars, 6 seminars – 4 (Four) hours each on Soil mechanics and soil structures, all approved in New York & New Jersey. I also prepared & presented 8 PDH seminar on field mitigation for hot & cold weather concrete, for colleagues in NYCTA. My average rating / evaluation by attendees is very good.
