ABOUT SAAD A.

I’m a dedicated Year 13 student currently studying A-level Maths, Economics, and Computer Science. With a deep interest in technology and a commitment to lifelong learning, I’m actively pursuing an apprenticeship route to gain real-world exposure while gaining technical knowledge and strong communication skills.Through hands-on experience with companies like Sprout, where I contributed as a Software Testing Engineer, and Cisco, where I explored diverse fields within tech, from cybersecurity to software infrastructure and networks. I’ve gained valuable insights into the fast-paced, evolving nature of the tech industry and what it offers.I am: Driven and curious: Eager to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to the tech sector, particularly in roles related to software engineering, cybersecurity, IT support, and cloud computing and eventually build tools and services to help educate people in less developed countries enabling them to benefit from digital innovation. Collaborative and team-oriented: I thrive in group settings, enjoy contributing to shared goals, and consistently bring energy, reliability, and a proactive attitude to the table. Analytical and creative thinker: Whether solving technical bugs or approaching new ideas and concepts, I connect logical reasoning with out-of-the-box thinking to develop effective solutions. Confident communicator: Able to explain ideas clearly and build connection with peers and mentorsMy current goals? To secure an apprenticeship where I can continue growing my technical skills, develop better soft skills, and make meaningful contributions to the projects and people around me. What I bring to the table? A solid foundation in both academic studies and hands-on technical experience, a learner’s mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly in different environments. I aim to add value to teams not just through hard skills, but also through creativity, discipline, and enthusiasm.Let’s connect! Open to apprenticeship opportunities, work experience placements, mentoring, or part-time roles within the IT sector. I’m excited to contribute and help others!
