I am a recent graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business, where I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Operations Management and a minor in International Business. Throughout my college career, I gained hands-on experience through multiple co-op rotations, including roles as an Area Business Leader at GE Appliances and as a Process Engineer at Honda, where I supported operational efficiency, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced manufacturing environments.In addition to my professional experience, I studied abroad during the spring/summer semester of my junior year in Gold Coast, QLD, Australia, which strengthened my global perspective and adaptability in international environments. I will be joining McDonald’s in July as a Field Operations Specialist based in Austin, Texas, where I am excited to continue developing my skills in operations, execution, leadership, and large-scale business systems.

I ensure proper handling and separation of products by temperature zone (ambient, chilled, and frozen) to maintain food safety and quality standards, while consistently meeting fulfillment time targets. I utilize my store layout knowledge and internal systems to locate items efficiently, manage substitutions in accordance with company guidelines, and maintain an organized staging area to support a smooth order handoff and high customer satisfaction.
