I am a self-motivated and obsessive Technical Human Resources (HR) professional, who is driving the game-changing learning strategy at Tredence Inc, with the practice of Technology and Program Management. I am trying to balance the Tactical and Organizational Orientation by brutal operational competence, the sense of collectiveness by the need of people to build their talent, the international prospective by local relevance while trying to ensure that the long-term commitments must leave room for unlearning, redevelopment and renewal. The mix of my collaborative and transformational Leadership styles, and ability to drive results helps me to keep focus and ensure completion of all activities on time and delight the stakeholders. I am passionate about learning and growing. Well, outside the office as well, I am the same person. I like to take up challenges in life and stay focused. I improvise during rainy days and and save, when the sun shines bright! I am passionate about cooking and helps me help my wife during weekends or during exigencies. I like to drive far-off and sometimes that measures to around km. Sea and Sea Food - both are my weaknesses; otherwise I am tea-totaller by choice!
