I’m an ops leader with a love for learning - how people grow, how systems evolve, and how orgs scale. This passion has fuelled me on a varied path: I’ve been a teacher in Thailand, a learning designer for corporate clients, a nonprofit director building a global microlearning platform, and now a program and ops lead at Shopify. What connects it all? I build systems that work — for the people inside them and the outcomes they drive.
