To complete monthly P&L review for multiple contracts within the Cleaning sector, which includes over sites across the UK.• Responsible for the production of timely and accurate monthly Management Reports and Accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Including all necessary regional reports for major contracts in the Sector. • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, to aid the understanding of the financial position of the Sector’s variances and trends to ensure suitable action is taken where necessary. • To monitor key performance indicators and variance analysis to provide a clear understanding of the drivers of growth to inform and develop both short-term performance and the strategic direction of the Sector. • Work with Operational teams to improve working capital performance, with particular reference to debt and stock management. • Preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts to manage the divisional results and expectations across the business. • Utilise Microsoft Dynamics & Power BI to analyse financial data, create insightful reports, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
