End-to-End Plant Management: Oversee daily plant operations including assembly lines, material flow, manpower deployment, and production planning.Shopfloor Excellence: Drive productivity, discipline, and process efficiency on the shopfloor with hands-on leadership and clear performance metrics.Strategic Manufacturing Leadership: Develop and execute scalable manufacturing strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of shopfloor supervisors, line managers, and engineers.Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end assembly operations for box build products including PCBA integration, wiring, testing, and final packaging.Process Excellence: Implement and drive lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Quality, SCM, and Sales teams to ensure manufacturability, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, IPC, etc.), safety norms, and regulatory requirements.CapEx & Budgeting: Manage manufacturing budgets, plan capex for equipment and tooling, and drive cost optimization.Vendor & Supplier Interface: Collaborate with supply chain for component availability, vendor development, etc.Maintenance & Infrastructure: Monitor equipment utilization, preventive maintenance schedules, and infrastructure upkeep for uninterrupted operations.
