I have lived and breathed high-tempo operations, planning, strategy, teamwork and leadership for over 26 years. I am a former Navy Commander and Kargil War Veteran with a wide spectrum of leadership and operations experience - Warship Captain, Aviator with hours of military flying experience, Mission Commander of 100s of missions, Project Leader, Strategic Planner, Team Builder, Mentor and Teacher. During my Navy career, I amassed diverse & cross-functional skills and experience in operations, strategy, process excellence, organizational transformation, change management government projects. Among other things at RICOH, I - Revitalized Supply Chain through process excellence, cross-functional integration and team building. Worked closely with the CxOs to lead RICOH India through a successful Insolvency Resolution. Set up the PMO and turned around a portfolio of Govt Projects with a value of Rs 900 Cr. Turned around the Projects and Supply Chain P & Ls.Along my professional journey, I took up some important mentoring responsibilities- 10 year mentorship of the 1st batch of Women Officers to take up Combat Roles in the Navy. 1 year Research Mentorship for 10 mid-level Officers at the Defence Services Staff College. Personal Mentorship of several Officers and Personnel Below Officer Rank. Mentorship of young Managers at RICOH.
