About Ronak S.
As a Lead - Automotive Stylist at Gensol Engineering - Electric Vehicles Division, I develop exterior and interior design concepts, color, trim, materials, and user experiences for electric vehicles. I collaborate with engineers, marketers, and suppliers to ensure that the design vision is aligned with the technical specifications, customer needs, and brand identity. I also oversee the design process from ideation to prototyping to testing and provide feedback and guidance to the design team. I have a Bachelor of Design in Industrial and Product Design from Symbiosis Institute of Design, where I learned the fundamentals of design thinking, aesthetics, ergonomics, and functionality. I have a passion for design and innovation, and I draw inspiration from everything around me that sparks curiosity and imagination. I have 7+ years of experience in industrial and mobility design, working on projects ranging from server cabinets to fuel dispensers to firefighting robots. My designs are recognized at awards such as the FireIndia2019 - Best Innovation Award for the Fire Fighter Vehicle & Ancillary. Spirit of Manufacturing Award at the TiECON Global Summit for Strom Motors exterior and interior design and Design of the Latitude fuel dispenser product family by Gilbarco Veeder-Root first showcased at the DubaiEXPO 2020 in conjunction with ENOC Dubai. I have strong skills in design for service, manufacturing, Photoshop rendering, lighting simulation, visual design, and product design.
