   S.R. Mills is the president and a principal of Bear Real Estate Group, Bear Development, Bear Commercial, Bear Capital, Bear Homes and Construction Management Associates \"CMA\". Each company plays a pivotal role in the acquisition, development and construction of master planned residential communities, retail, office, industrial, multifamily residential (both market rate and affordable) and hotels. Bear\'s current holdings extend to over 16 states and covers all asset classes with a primary focus on multifamily and hospitality. S.R. joined the Bear Family of companies in 2002. Prior to his career with Bear, he worked with a number of technology companies in northern California. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance and Investment from St. Cloud State University and his Master’s in Real Estate from Roosevelt University. S.R. holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member \"CCIM\" designation and sits on the Wisconsin CCIM Board of Directors. S.R. is also an active member of Young Presidents Organization \"YPO\". S.R. also is active in his community as a board member of the Mary Lou & Arthur F. Mahone Foundation, UW Parkside Foundation Board, Habitat for Humanity Kenosha and Kenosha Area Family and Aging Services \"KAFASI\".
