Successfully completed a township of high-end gated community homes in financial district, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. This is a sqft of high end villa with price points ranging from Rs 6 Cr. – Rs 10 Cr. Total investment will be around Rs 100+ Cr. The said project was completed within 36 months from the date of execution. Terminus Ventures and Ark Infra completed 68 unit Apartment Complex in Kondapur, Hyderabad India under the project name called Hamptons. This is about sqft.
