Experienced Mining Engineer with a solid track record in the opencast coal mining industry since 2018. Skilled in mining engineering, safety management, strategic planning, and mine operations.I began my career as a Graduate Trainee at SCCL (Mar 2016 – Feb 2017), and then served as Assistant Manager (SMMC) at the Tadicherla-I coal block opencast mine from May 2018 to April 2022. I continued in a similar capacity as Assistant Manager (FMMC) at the same site from March 2022 to September 2023, with a strong focus on improving operational efficiency and safety standards.In October 2023, I joined Tata Steel as Manager – Operations (Mining) at the QAB Mines in West Bokaro, overseeing key aspects of mining operations. Recently, I transitioned into the role of Manager – Raw Materials (Mining) at Tata Steel, Jamshedpur, where I’m responsible for supervising raw material processes and contributing to large-scale open cast mining activities.I believe in “Safety with Productivity”—achieving higher output through disciplined safety practices, strong leadership, and continuous improvement.
